JOB PROFILE:
Below is the Job Requirement
Candidate must have knowledge of coordinating with customers, shipper, liner and overseas agents
Capable of placing bookings with Shpg lines / Co-loaders
Filing of SI with liners and co-loaders
Follow up on invoices and doing liner payments
Handling of enquiries and planning Fob/CIF shpts.
Preparing invoices to Shprs & O/seas agents.
Release of Mbl + Hbl,Vgm filing,Knowledge of Odex and MMd3
Knowledge of custom clearance and transportation
Sending pre alert documents to agents
Handling inquires from Shipper and agents
Quoting rates to customers and o/seas offices
