Export Executive PMV Group

Location:

Role Overview

Export Executive

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review export documents – invoices, packing lists, certificate of origin, shipping bills, bill of lading, etc.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, export licensing, and Star Export House obligations.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams for export order readiness.
Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines for booking shipments.
Monitor transportation, loading, and exports from plants (Pataudi / Kashipur).
Manage LC documentation, negotiation, and follow up for realization of export proceeds.
Interact with overseas buyers to confirm specifications and order requirements.
Prepare MIS reports on export volumes, costs, delays, claims, and maintain audit-ready records.
Supervise/mentor export documentation staff and ensure SOP adherence.
Drive process improvements to reduce cost, improve timeliness, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Graduate in Commerce / International Business / Logistics or equivalent.
Experience:
3–6 years in export operations/documentation, preferably in Food / FMCG / Ingredients industry.
Skills:

Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, DGFT, and customs regulations.
Proficiency in ERP/SAP & export-import documentation software.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and coordination skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure.

Other:
Good command of English, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Salary
