Role Overview: As an Import and Export Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of import and export operations. This includes handling documentation, customs clearance, and coordinating with logistics providers. Your role will involve ensuring the timely delivery of goods by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling LCs and related banking documentation, maintaining shipment records, tracking data, and preparing reports on import/export activities. It will also be your duty to monitor shipping schedules, resolve delays, and manage transportation costs. Staying updated on global market trends, tariffs, and trade regulations will be crucial in this role.
