Export Documentation Executive

As an Export Sales Coordinator, your role involves coordinating and supporting all export sales activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for timely order processing, documentation, logistics, and communication with international clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and process international customer orders from receipt to dispatch, coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics for timely fulfillment. - Prepare, verify, and manage export shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Export Invoice, and Shipping Instructions, ensuring compliance with regulations and LC requirements. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for booking shipments, container planning, loading schedules, and timely dispatches. - Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, responding to queries regarding pricing, order status, and shipment details to maintain strong customer relationships. - Ensure compliance with export laws, customs rules, trade regulations, and stay updated on international trade policies and documentation requirements. - Maintain export sales data, shipment records, and MIS reports for reporting and coordination purposes. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in export sales coordination or related field is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation and logistics efficiently. - Excellent communication skills to interact with international clients and internal teams effectively. - Knowledge of export laws, customs regulations, and trade policies is a plus.
