Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping line and logistics providers for timely pickup and delivery of goods. Track and monitor shipments.
Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Purchase and Warehouse for order and shipment coordination.
Prepare and submit shipping and customs documentation required for export clearance.
Stay updated with international trade regulations and industry best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in export documentations.
Candidate from pharmaceutical background is highly preferred.
