We have an urgent opening for Export Documentation Executive.
Location:- Pitampura, Delhi
Salary:- 25-30k in hand

Job description:-
:- Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).
:-Handle online documentation portals (DGFT, ICEGATE, EPCs like APEDA, FIEO, etc.).
:- Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters.
:- Apply for and manage regulatory documents like RCMC, IEC, Phytosanitary Certificate, and FSSAI.
:-Track shipments and update customers on status.
:- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export documentation standards.
:- Maintain filing and archiving of export records for audits and claims (e.g., MDA/MEIS).
:- Assist in export incentive claims and related follow-ups.
:- Hands-on with online portals (ICE GATE, DGFT, APEDA, FIEO, etc.)
