Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management:Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.Coordination with Stakeholders:Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely shipment.Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding shipment schedules and documentation requirements.Compliance and Regulations:Ensure all export documentation adheres to the rules and regulations of the destination country.Maintain knowledge of changing trade laws, customs regulations, and industry standards.Record Keeping and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and related correspondence.Generate periodic reports for management on export activities and compliance metrics.Problem Resolution:Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to export documentation and shipping.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delays or non-compliance issues.

Having knowledge of Export Documents / Port Formalities.
