Export Customer Service Manager

As an Export Customer Service Manager at KRK Logistics, you will be responsible for managing export operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading service management initiatives. You will be expected to handle documentation such as Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions, Customs Declarations, and other export-related paperwork. Additionally, you will analyze operational challenges, implement process improvements, and drive cost efficiency. Leading and mentoring the customer service team to foster a high-performance culture will also be part of your role. Collaboration with internal teams to align logistics and supply chain functions with customer requirements is essential for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Export Operations, Customer Service, or Logistics, with a strong background in Customs & Forwarding. Proficiency in export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and international shipping regulations is required. You should possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and the MS Office Suite is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is also preferred.
