EXPORT BILLING EXECUTIVE

Job Opening: Export Billing Executive

Company: Futura Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Chhatral (On-site)
Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: Graduate / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/International Business preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of export invoices, packing lists, credit notes & debit notes
• Handling export documentation including LC, Advance, DP/DA shipments
• Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, banks, and logistics partners
• Compliance with GST, LUT, IEC, DGFT, and RBI export regulations
• Monitoring shipping bills, e-BRC, realization of export proceeds
• Maintaining accurate billing records and MIS reports
• Ensuring timely submission of documents to banks for export negotiation

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of export billing & documentation
• Familiarity with Incoterms, HS Codes, and customs procedures
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/Tally
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
