Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine product features and workflows using structured prompts for AI agents.Prototype solutions using AI tools and validate outputs with stakeholders.Translate business needs into incremental tasks for agentic execution.Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate AI-generated features.Facilitate workshops to refine requirements and improve product fit.Manage delivery across Pods using Agentic Software workflows.Review and fine-tune agent workflows for quality, velocity, and reliability.Define and monitor engineering metrics (velocity, quality, agent performance).Estimate effort, size workstreams, and support proposal creation.Solve delivery bottlenecks and guide teams through ambiguity.Coach engineers and architects on agentic development practices.

Additional Responsibilities:

Nice to HaveExperience in blended Product ManagerDesigner roles.Exposure to agentic software development workflows.Experience with vector databases, semantic search, or multi-agent orchestration.Familiarity with reinforcement learning or cognitive architectures.Workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Required SkillsDomain Expertise: Deep knowledge in one or more verticalsRetail/CPG/Logistics, Financial Services, Healthcare/Insurance.Product Management: Experience in feature definition, prioritization, and roadmap planning.AI Tooling: Hands-on use of AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for prototyping and discovery.Design Exposure: Familiarity with product design principles and visual prototyping tools.Mindset: Outcome-driven, experimental, and comfortable working in fast-evolving AI environments.Delivery Leadership: Experience managing software delivery across distributed teams.Agentic AI Familiarity: Exposure to AI Coding tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Devin or any similar tools.Engineering Metrics: Ability to define and track delivery KPIs in AI-augmented environments.Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and decision-making in complex delivery scenarios.Client Engagement: Comfortable in client-facing roles, translating tech into business impact.
