Exponential Engineering - ICETS Q2-26

Role Overview: As a Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Exponential Pods to deliver AI accelerated software with speed and quality. You will play a crucial role in defining product features, prototyping solutions, and translating business needs into tasks for agentic execution. Additionally, you will collaborate with architects and engineers, manage delivery across Pods, review and fine-tune agent workflows, and monitor engineering metrics for optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: - Define product features and workflows using structured prompts for AI agents - Prototype solutions using AI tools and validate outputs with stakeholders - Translate business needs into incremental tasks for agentic execution - Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate AI generated features - Facilitate workshops to refine requirements and improve product fit - Manage delivery across Pods using Agentic Software workflows - Review and fine-tune agent workflows for quality velocity and reliability - Define and monitor engineering metrics velocity quality agent performance - Estimate effort size workstreams and support proposal creation - Solve delivery bottlenecks and guide teams through ambiguity - Coach engineers and architects on agentic development practices Qualification Required: - Deep knowledge in one or more verticals such as Retail, CPG, Logistics, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance - Experience in feature definition prioritization and roadmap planning - Hands-on use of AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot for prototyping and discovery - Familiarity with product design principles and visual prototyping tools - Outcome-driven mindset and comfortable working in fast-evolving AI environments - Experience managing software delivery across distributed teams - Exposure to AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Devin, or similar tools - Ability to define and track delivery KPIs in AI augmented environments - Strong analytical skills and decision-making in complex delivery scenarios - Comfortable in client-facing roles translating tech into business impact Additional Details: Experience in blended Product Manager Designer roles, exposure to agentic software development workflows, familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, or multi-agent orchestration, experience with reinforcement learning or cognitive architectures, and workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills are nice to have for this role.,
