What will your job look like?
Having good knowledge of 5G (DSS, NSA, SA) rollout and acceptance services.Responsible for 5G Field trials and Optimization Time on NR, Throughput improvementResponsible for New Site configuration check Parameter and Feature Audit .Able to check and troubleshoot Inter-Networking Parameters ( Layer Management, SIB Audit, SRVCC/CSFB, Cell priority, Retention )Performing Power settings, Antenna configurations , PCI checks, Azimuth, Hand over parameters prior to the Drive test.TAC planning, LAC-TAC mapping with Legacy network sites.Responsible to manage various 5G and LTE KPIs of Accessibility, Retainability and Mobility which includes ( RACH, RRC Setup success rate, ERAB Setup Success and Drop rate , IRAT Handover success rate, DL & UL Throughput measurement etc.)Responsible for VoLTE optimization and User Traces analysisHaving good knowledge of Crowd-sourced data optimization (Latency, Throughput and Service optimization)Responsible for Network Benchmarking and Layer 3 analysis from field tests to improve customer score.Handle VIPs customer complaints and provide resolution with E2E solution
All you need is...
Must be an Engineering Graduate- BE/B.Tech (Preferred in Electronics & Communication stream) with 10+ years experience.Working Experience with Huawei Equipment and OSS ToolsWilling to travel at short notice and open to relocate to any part of worldReady to work in Shift as per business needs.
