What will your job look like

Perform Radio Network optimizationPerform root cause analyses - mapping between RF, Transmission and/or Core Network and share recommendations with relevant partiesWork hands-on at system level on various traces for correlation between KPIs on NetworkPerform analysis based on Drive test /Driveless data and correlate with Radio OSS (Performance Management Report)/Other source of data for NetworkTroubleshoot backhaul issues by monitoring jitter, packet loss and perform root cause analysisPerform Worst Cell Performance Analysis, Alarm Monitoring and KPI Degradation analysisCreate Scripts, RET validation, Perform Pre & Post Health ChecksResponsible to manage of various LTE/VOLTE KPIs of Accessibility, retainability and MobilitySolid knowledge of Basic Radio procedures in VoLTE/LTE/5G technologiesResponsible for Network Audit/Parameters comprising of overall Network Quality & Network Coverage.

Good understanding of 5G/VoLTE/LTE RAN Network based on Statistics monitoringRich experience on Ericsson 5G OSS access and commandsPerform 5G/VoLTE/LTE network optimization and drive test analysisWork on network improvement and optimization tasksWork on Drive test log file data analysis and troubleshootingVery Good understanding of 5G/4G Layer 3 messages and can perform analysis and recommend parameter changes for network improvementNeed to possess excellent parametric knowledge for analyzing entire network parametric auditPerform new feature trials for network improvementAbility to work on TDD and FDD networkAbility to trouble shoot on a multiband, Layer strategy and multivendor networkAbility to trouble shoot on multi-technology- 5G/VoLTE/LTE, Event log Analysis.

Qualification & Soft Skill: -

Must be an Engineering Graduate BE/B.Tech (Preferred in Electronics & Communication stream) with 5 to 10 years experience.Must have min. 2 years hands on Experience on Ericsson prefer multi-vendor experienceMust have above average communication skills
