Expert-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

As a senior technical resource and an EXPERT, you will drive the full lifecycle of CRM initiatives from high-level architecture and solution design through hands-on development and deployment — while mentoring other developers and ensuring best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Lead the development and customization of CRM components using C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Design and oversee integrations with external systems (ERP, portals, legacy applications) using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and middleware.
  • Provide technical leadership across Dynamics 365 initiatives, guiding junior developers and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Define and enforce CRM development standards, best practices, and governance policies.
  • Manage system upgrades, release planning, and DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, performance optimization, and solution refactoring.
  • Support data modeling, ETL, and migration activities, ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Stay current with Microsoft product roadmap, updates, and emerging technologies (Copilot, AI builder, Dataverse).
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience

    with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises and/or online), including at least

    3 years with Dynamics 365 CE/Online

    .
  • Must be an EXPERT in:
    • C#, .NET Framework/Core
    • JavaScript, TypeScript
    • Dynamics 365 Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions
    • Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas/Model-driven, Power Automate)
    • Web API, OData, FetchXML, and SDK
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault).
  • Deep understanding of CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
  • Strong knowledge of solution lifecycle management (ALM), Azure DevOps, and CI/CD automation.
  • Ability to design and manage complex integrations and high-volume data migrations.
  • Excellent documentation, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect / Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing, Customer Insights, or Field Service
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Portals / Power Pages
