stress analysis Perform pipe stress analysis usingCAESAR II as per ASME codes and standards. Evaluate calculated stress results,displacements, nozzle and pipe support loads. Perform modal analysis and flangeleakage calculations. Conductanalysis of piping systems to assess the effects of thermal expansion,vibration, seismic loads, Blast loads and other external forces. Experience with slug, surge, PSVreaction loads. Select appropriate supportsincluding spring hangers and rigid struts to qualify stresses and nozzle loads. Prepare & review pipe stressreports. Participatein design reviews, technical meetings, and coordination sessions with clients,vendors, and internal stakeholders. Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret andcommunicate complex technical concepts effectively. Strongorganizational and project management abilities, with the capability to handlemultiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills. Experienceleading at least 5 Offshore oil and gas projects FPSOstress analysis experience is a must.
