We’re seeking a seasoned Visa Counselor skilled in guiding clients through complex visa journeys—study, work, tourist, PR, or immigration. You’ll manage the end-to-end visa process, ensure compliance with changing regulations, and lead client education to maximize application success. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ goals, eligibility, and visa options. Guide document collection, review submissions for accuracy, complete application forms, and ensure compliance with embassy/consulate requirements. Monitor policy changes across multiple countries, advise clients on implications, and update internal procedures. Track application progress, liaise with immigration authorities, and counsel on refusals, re‑applications, or appeals. Provide high-touch service, address queries promptly, and build lasting client trust. Work with cross‑functional teams; manage CRM and reporting tools to ensure smooth workflows. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree Min 3 + years in visa counseling or immigration consultancy, with a proven track record. Deep familiarity with visa policies (Study, Work, Tourist, PR) for key destinations (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK). Prior experience managing or mentoring junior counselors.
