About the Role:

We are actively hiring Experienced Tax Associates with 2–3 years of U.S. tax experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on preparing and reviewing Forms 1040 (HNI), 1065 (Real Estate, Multistate, Construction), and 1120 (Corporate) using tools like CCH Axcess, SurePrep, Caseware, or Engagement.

Date: August 2nd and 3rd (Friday & Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns:
• 1040 – High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) using CCH Axcess and SurePrep
• 1065 – Real Estate, Multistate, Construction using CCH Axcess or Caseware/Engagement
• 1120 – Corporate tax returns, with knowledge of OIT preferred
• Ensure compliance with current U.S. tax laws and deadlines.
• Review tax documentation and workpapers.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Support tax planning initiatives and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of U.S. tax preparation experience.
• Proficiency in CCH Axcess, SurePrep, Caseware, or Engagement.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal and multistate tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPA or CPA pursuit is a plus.
