Qwikgig is currently seeking an Experienced HR Executive to oversee and improve the recruitment procedures within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of HR, particularly within the IT sector in Mohali. An essential skill set for this role includes the ability to attract and recruit highly skilled professionals, manage HR operations proficiently, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees. Responsibilities: - Managing the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles, which involves sourcing, screening, and facilitating the onboarding process. - Formulating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. - Handling employee relations, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. - Collaborating with department heads to ascertain staffing requirements. - Conducting interviews, performing background checks, and verifying references. - Maintaining HR records and guaranteeing adherence to labor laws. - Assisting in performance management and fostering employee engagement initiatives. Requirements: - At least 2 years of HR experience in IT firms, preferably located in Mohali. - Profound understanding of recruitment tactics, talent acquisition, and HR regulations. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment needs simultaneously. - Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems would be advantageous.
