Key Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy Define and implement the AI vision and roadmap, aligning AI strategy with business objectives to deliver domain-led AI-powered productized services. Build and scale a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate data science initiatives into broader business strategies. Oversee end-to-end AI/ML project delivery, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and client success. Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between technology and business.AI Solution Design & Innovation Develop cutting-edge AI solutions using Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, and Optimization Techniques. Create AI-enabled digital twins to simulate and optimize real-world processes. Design scalable AI architectures that are sustainable, resilient, and adaptive. Implement composite AI frameworks, integrating multiple AI paradigms for industry-specific challenges. Stay updated with the latest AI advancements, incorporating emerging technologies into AI solutions. Robust & Production-Ready AI Ecosystem Develop and manage scalable AI deployment pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows. Implement MLOps best practices for automated monitoring and performance tracking. Leverage cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI model deployment. Manage synthetic data generation, data labeling, and model optimization (e.g., transfer learning, quantization, and distillation). Technical ExpertiseAI & Machine Learning Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, Hugging Face).Proficiency in transformer models (GPT, BERT), NLP, GANs, VAEs, and LLMs. Strong statistical modeling and expertise in vector embeddings, semantic search, and recommendation systems. Optimization & Autonomous AI Experience with Reinforcement Learning (PPO, DDPG, A3C) and policy optimization. Proficiency in simulation platforms (OpenAI Gym, Unity ML-Agents, SimPy). Strong knowledge of multi-agent systems, AI governance, and evolutionary algorithms. MLOps & Scalable AI Deployment Expertise in CI/CD workflows and cloud-based AI deployment. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Kubeflow, MLflow, Prometheus, and Grafana. Experience in microservices, serverless AI, and distributed computing (Spark, Ray).Data Engineering & AI Governance Proficiency in big data platforms (Hadoop, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks). Strong understanding of feature engineering, data versioning, and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).Soft Skills Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities. Proven ability to drive AI innovation and business transformation. Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing AI teams. Expertise in multi-industry AI deployment strategies and technical consulting.
