Job Overview 

We are seeking experienced and service-oriented Cabin Crew members for a Business Jet operation based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional in-flight service to VIP and VVIP Business Representatives while maintaining the highest standards of safety, discretion, and professionalism. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure onboard safety in full compliance with applicable aviation regulations. 
• Deliver premium, personalised in-flight service to VIP/VVIP occupants whilst being situationally aware and practising cultural sensitivity. 
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight cabin checks. 
• Manage cabin preparation, ensure catering, and presentation to luxury standards. 
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, practice poise at all times. 
• Be ready to travel to destinations at short notice, whilst adhering to applicable regulatory requirements. 
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of aircraft safety equipment and emergency procedures. 
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding occupants and flight details. 
• Assist occupants with special requests and comfort needs. 

Eligibility & Requirements 

• Candidates based in India preferred, as per client requirement, with a minimum of 2 years of a valid passport and nil visa rejection records. 
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of Previous Flying Experience, out of which the last 3 years of experience in Commercial / Business Jet / VIP or VVIP.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). 
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and positive attitude. 
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. 
• Willingness to work flexible and irregular schedules, including weekends, holidays, and international travel, as per operational requirements.
• Must meet medical fitness requirements. 

Preferred Skills & Attributes 

• Prior experience in Business Jets / Private Jets / VIP & VVIP Charter operations. 
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality or fine-dining service supported with a suitable degree/ experience certificate. 
• High level of cultural awareness, discretion, and professionalism. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
