Experienced Associate - US Audit

As an Audit Experienced Associate at Sikich, you will play a crucial role in providing timely identification of accounting issues, working on various auditing projects, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports to clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Timely identification of accounting issues, documenting facts, and discussing findings with senior/assistant managers - Working on a variety of auditing projects - Reviewing work product and performance - Servicing multiple client engagements concurrently - Developing one-on-one relationships with US-based audit leads - Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports to clients - Driving quality project deliverables - Participating in Training and Development activities - Building internal auditing systems and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices - Verifying company financial information - Preparing audit reports and statements for review - Knowledgeably addressing client audit queries promptly To be a successful candidate for this role, you should have: - A degree in B.Com, M.Com, or be a Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience (CA/CPA is a plus) - Self-motivation and a strong work ethic - Organizational skills for timely client report delivery - A proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail - Knowledge of QuickBooks and other US accounting systems - Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office - Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills - Problem-solving and innovation skills to tackle technical production challenges Join Sikich to be part of a dynamic environment that values your contributions and offers opportunities for professional growth and development.,
