Experienced Associate - OneStream EPM

In this role at PwC, you will be part of the finance consulting team specializing in financial management and strategy. Your main focus will be on providing financial solutions and guidance to clients to help them optimize their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. Specifically, you will work within enterprise performance management to assist clients in enhancing their financial performance and decision-making processes. - Analyze financial data to identify insights and trends - Develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Design and implement performance management frameworks - Provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes - Collaborate with PwC and client team members to design efficient Financial Close and FP&A processes - Oversee all aspects of OneStream implementation, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and post go-live support - Demonstrate good knowledge of OneStream, Regulatory reporting, and the Financial Close Process - Implement Multi GAAP and Multi-currency applications in OneStream effectively - Design metadata, configure security settings, and create business rules - Develop best practices within financial close, consolidation, FP&A processes, and reporting - Create various reports and dashboards as required - Showcase abilities and proven success in end-to-end implementation of OneStream CPM/EPM Projects - Proficient in understanding business requirements and translating them into OneStream solutions - Possess 2-4 years of experience in OneStream with at least 1-2 end-to-end project experiences - Have a comprehensive understanding of the entire Financial Close Process at standalone and group levels - Functional knowledge of Consolidation and FP&A to guide business users during the financial close process - Ability to build prototype proof of concept applications within the OneStream platform - Assist in transforming FP&A from excel-based to technology-supported integrated planning using OneStream,
