Job Title:

physician billing
and work on
CMS1500 Forms
.
Manage
denials and follow-up
for claim resolution.
Analyze accounts and take
resolution-oriented actions
.
Ensure tasks are completed within defined
TAT
and meet
quality benchmarks
.
Collaborate with internal teams or client departments to
resolve claims efficiently
.
Track and escalate issues when required to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a background in
Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Finance
.
Experience:
13 years in
Accounts Receivable, Physician Billing, or Denials Management
.
Certification (Optional):
Knowledge of
CMS1500 Forms
and medical billing processes is preferred.
Skills:
Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
. Proficient in
billing compliance, claim resolution, and account analysis
.
Behavioral Traits:
Detail-oriented, resolution-focused, able to work independently and in a team, and adaptable to
night shifts
.
Client Interaction:
Comfortable coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
