Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, managing events, maintaining cleanliness and ambiance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through product knowledge. You will also handle customer complaints and feedback, engage with the community, and support overall cafe operations. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to coordinate events effectively. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is a commitment to upholding cleanliness standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Knowledge of the cafe's offerings, including coffees and teas, is crucial, and previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage is advantageous. Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling is desired, and you must be willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
