What You'll Do:

• Deliver precise and reliable cost estimates for projects across various domains (residential, commercial, institutional, renovation, demolition, and more)
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and project managers
• Utilize advanced software tools (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Excel)
• Prepare detailed reports and cost breakdowns, supporting informed decision-making

Candidate Requirements (Mandatory):

• Proven experience as a

  construction estimator

  , with a strong portfolio of successful project estimates.

• Hands-on experience with at least one recognized estimation software

  (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or equivalent) is

  mandatory

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with close attention to accuracy and cost control.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional project teams.
