What You'll Do: Deliver precise and reliable cost estimates for projects across various domains (residential, commercial, institutional, renovation, demolition, and more) Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and project managers Utilize advanced software tools (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Excel) Prepare detailed reports and cost breakdowns, supporting informed decision-making Candidate Requirements (Mandatory): Proven experience as a construction estimator , with a strong portfolio of successful project estimates. Hands-on experience with at least one recognized estimation software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or equivalent) is mandatory . Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with close attention to accuracy and cost control. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional project teams.
