Qualification

Bachelor of Commerce
Graduate / Post Graduate with Accountancy
CA / CMA (ICWA) / CPA / MBA Finance
Knowledge of SAP / SAP S4 HANA
Functional Experience in Accounting to Report (4-10 years)
Good spoken and written communication skills in English
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Day-to-day transactional services including:
- Reconciliations
- Period end activities like Journal Entry
- Fixed Asset accounting
- Overheads
- Support for reporting
- Quality check
Ensure targets are met on a day-to-day basis
Maintain quality, accuracy, and TAT
Suggest and drive transformation ideas / improvements
Manage exceptions, approvals, and escalations
Issue resolution
Manage internal and external reporting
Manage the team including recruitment, training, and attrition of team members
Manage processes and metrics on a day-to-day basis at all stages
Initiate process controls, quality plans, and risk mitigation initiatives
Manage team morale and team efficiency
Conduct team assessments and participate in transition
Drive and support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
External and internal stakeholder management
Resolve issues.
