Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma – Export/Import
Experience: 02 to 05 YearsLocation: Near VadodaraSalary: 3.00 to 5.00 CTC LPAExperience Preferred in Plastics/Manufacturing Industry

Job Description:

*Export documentation against relevant licenses
*Liaise with shipping companies & CHA for clearance & BL approval*Process IGST payments & forward paid challans to CHA & Coordinate vehicle transport to port*Maintain export statements/records & Apply for G.R. waivers for trial material shipments*Obtain freight quotes & coordinate fumigation activities*Raise payment requests & forwarder invoices to HO*File quarterly Plexcouncil returns & Handle payment vouchers for forwarders & track FCR/SWB releases*Ensure coordination with DGFT, Customs, & other authorities for licenses & certifications*Submit EODC & license documents to Customs for bond cancellation

Skills Required:

*Knowledge of EXIM procedures & documentation
*Familiarity with Advance/EPCG licenses*Proficient in freight & logistics coordination & proficiency in MS Office & export software*Ability to prepare comparative statements & financial summaries
