Provide the online support to vendor team for Telecom & ESS sites and supervision of I/C activity on telecom sites at zonal level. Provide the central support for I/C activity and other technical support to Customer circle team and Nexcharge field team. Provide the Onsite support for BESS/RESS application customer and support to billing on indus portal for Indus LIB Project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for warranty support of lithium-ion battery pack making repair and troubleshooting ang investigating field issue and communicate service manager and give proper report.
• Manage /Handle Installation and commissioning of telecom /BESS /RESS sites
• Strong understanding and fault rectification of Lithium -ion battery/ESS
• To assist the service manager in follow -up related activities for field battery repair and troubleshooting with vendor team.
• Responsible to provide failure report for field battery pack to manager.
• Responsible for meeting with customer Circle team for other activities like AMC/PO/Billing/WCC approval any further requirement and understand the customer problem fully and communicating to manager on daily basis
• Assisting to customer /End user during the commissioning / troubleshoot phase ensuring proper and safe operation of LI-ION Battery pack.
• Maintain the daily basis work report on CRM/JIRA service tool.
• Deep dive into technical issues in Li-ION battery pack both hardware and software, Mobile app and collaborate with the relevant product development team.
• Have good functional /technical, customer focus, communication, interpersonal and team working skill.
• Service operation Management at regional Level & Customer Escalation Management
• Keep up-to-date knowledge on new services and product offered by Exide-Energy
• Fully Comply with HSE policy of the company.
• Ensure that data are up to date on CRM system related to service and commissioning calls.

Mandatory Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in electrical / Electronic engineering with min. 3-5 years of work experience.
• Telecom Power products /High Capacity UPS & Inverter Systems.
• Knowing about repair and troubleshoot of Lithium ion battery/BMS/TCU use in E-mobility.
• Intensive travelling in respective circles.
• Familiar with CS Commercial activity like billing/payment collection/PO/WCC approval
• Understanding on electronic engineering principle , Technique and practices.
• In-depth knowledge of charging and discharging characteristics of various lithium batteries, as well as the charging principle of lithium battery BMS operation ,Type of BMS
• Hands on experience on various measuring tools like multimeter, clamp meter, power supply, chargers.
• Familiar in working on data logging tools and protocol like CAN ,RS 485,RS232,UART

Desired Skills:

• Experience in 2W/3W/E-bus/BMS/EV Charger ,Telecom li-ion battery experience is preferred
• Good product knowledge for telecom battery /smps/ups
• Replace the battery BMS,PCM,and other electronic board in the battery pack
• Hands on experience on BMS /battery repair and analysis, Cell balancing, capacity testing
• Ability to liaison with supplier, vendors of battery child parts
• Good communication skill written/speaking
• Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving and interpersonal skill.
