Job Summary: The Exhibition Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue by selling exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and promotional opportunities for trade shows, expos, and other large-scale events. This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills, an understanding of event sales cycles, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sell exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities to new and existing clients across a portfolio of events. Identify, research, and engage potential exhibitors through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Work closely with marketing and event teams to align sales strategies with overall event goals. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Prepare customized proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company policy. Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems, tracking all communications and sales activities. Attend industry events and competitor shows for networking and lead generation. Provide post-event follow-up and feedback to clients to build long-term partnerships. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities. Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in event/exhibition sales, media, or sponsorship. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
