Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Exhibition Project Manager. The Exhibition Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibition projects. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and vendors, expediting processes, overseeing logistics, and ensuring quality inspections. The role also involves frequent communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Expediting skills
• Extensive experience in Inspection and Logistics Management
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience in the exhibition or events industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Event Management, or related field
