Topcoat, Inspection & Repair, Baking Repair
-Knowledge in Production planning & WIP maintenance.
-New models trials and PB code setting (VTS & all equipment & Robot).
-Support in problem-solving, kaizen & continuous improvements.
-Knowledge of QMS, EMS, ISO 9001 etc.
-Knowledge & Experience of paint quality, paint shop defects & countermeasures to improve
quality
-Knowledge in Why-Why analysis,7 QC Tools & 4M, and Poka-Yoka.
-Well-structured and organized working style.
-In-depth knowledge & understanding of paint shop processes & systems.
-Ensure support to various compliances and audits as per requirement
