Verify all miss punch data before payroll processing.
Coordinate the salary processing activity. Check and correct day/night shift attendance errors. Collect incentive data and update it in the salary process. Add petrol, food, and other allowances in salary wherever applicable. Handle salary-related grievances and employee queries. 7. Employee Welfare & Facilities: Check employee eligibility for uniform and safety shoes and coordinate issuance. Coordinate bank account opening activities for new joiners. Ensure periodic checking and maintenance of first-aid boxes (VKIC / VKE). 8. Compliance & Management Support (As and When Required): Coordinate approvals from Management (MD / Senior Management) for interviews and offers. Support offer letter issuance and related documentation. Handle Engagement Activity (As per Calendrer) Performers And Revies Handle PF resignation approval/unapproved processes. Manage PF-related activities such as UAN generation and password processes. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR operations and time office activities. Hands-on experience with HRMS / attendance software (Facto HR preferred). Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Basic understanding of statutory compliance (PF, attendance, leave). Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, and documentation. Qualification & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate (HR preferred). 13 years of experience in HR Operations / Factory HR / Time Office.
