Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile

0 -3 year of experience in Any BPO industry or related field.
Proficiency in Ms-office (Excel) VLOOKUP, H-LOOKUP, Pivot, If Functions for experieced Candidates
Fresher also can Apply
Immediate joiners Preferred

Accurate Scheme calculation / all kind of claim settlement for all channels
Visibility and claims tracking: TOT, PROMO, Sell out / Support / Visibility
Comprehensive data integrity checks and robust algorithms to calculate claims correctly.
Process invoices for multiple international subsidiaries, ensure that all invoices are correctly billed, coded, and accurately calculated.
Prepare invoice billing runs for review and processing.
Review all invoices for appropriate PO documentation and approval prior to payment.
Developing Integrated approval workflows to expedite claim approval and settlement.
Good communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Client-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, H LOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, If functions, formulas)
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
