Job Overview : - We are looking for energetic Customer Relationship Executive to help drive our sales and grow the business. will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. This is a full-time on-site role of Customer Relationship Executive based in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for performing market research to identify potential clients, generating leads, presenting the company's services to prospects, and communicating with clients to maintain relationships and understand their needs. The Business Development Associate will report to the Regional Sales Manager. Role and Responsibility : - Comfortable with Calling Job. - Contact potential or Existing Customer to present product. - Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives. - Convert Leads into business. - Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. - Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database. - Working closely with in & across departments to achieve growth. - Ability to meet deadlines & Targets. - Identify new business opportunities and customers. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with different levels of clients. Qualifications : - Presentation Skills and Presentations - Excellent Communication skills - Ability to work in a team and individually. - Experience in business development or sales preferred. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Experience in the stock market or finance industry is a plus point. Requirements : - A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in B2C business development. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
