Executive/Assistant Manager- HSSE

As the HSSE Matter overseeing the entire Hyderabad LPG Bottling plant, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of health, safety, security, and environmental compliance. Your role involves working closely with the Plant Manager, 3 Assistant Managers, 1 Executive, 30 Contract workers, 10 Security personnel, Visitors, and Contractors at the site. Coordination on HSSE activities with Corporate HSSE and Transport Safety is essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execution of MAESTRO and coordination for Principle No. 3, 8, and 10, as the appointed MAESTRO Coordinator. - Ensure implementation of TEMIPL HSE policies and monitor HSSE Objectives at the site. - Compliance with Legal requirements, including updating the legal register and liaising with statutory bodies. - Conduct gap analysis for statutory regulations and Company Rules, driving closure of identified gaps. - Manage Risks through Hazard identification, risk assessment, Critical task analysis, and Behavioral observations. - Review Technological, Quantitative risk assessment reports, and ensure closure of actions. - Implement Management of Change (MOC) process and ensure closure of related actions. - Implement Technical Integrity system, conduct Root Cause Analysis of system failures. - Implement Permit to Work process, safety initiatives, and hazardous chemicals management. - Monitor health risks for staff, ensure first aid training, and manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Implement initiatives contributing towards sustainability and environmental coordination. - Conduct SOCRAT assessment, SRM+ program deployment, and completion of staff trainings. - Conduct safety audits, inspections, drills, and emergency response coordination. - Participate in safety management audits and ensure compliance with security plans. - Conduct training on health, safety, accident prevention, and organize HSSE events and seminars. - Prepare and update training calendar, conduct HSSE training for Contractors and Customers. - Analyze reported anomalies, mock drills, compliance for safety critical barriers, and support in submitting reports to regulatory bodies.
