Role Overview: As a Customer Service Executive in Nagpur, your primary responsibility is to process customer instructions through both Outbound and Inbound calls as defined by clients. You are expected to provide exceptional customer service that aligns with client expectations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Effective and clear communication with customers is crucial, along with a thorough understanding of the company's processes to efficiently qualify related tests and assessments. Documenting all customer data and calls accurately in the relevant database or CRM is a critical aspect of your role. Meeting Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for the process as per business requirements is imperative.
