Job Title
Executive - TransportTo ensure seamless, safe, and cost-effective transport operations for employees by coordinating daily fleet movements, managing vendor performance, and adhering to compliance requirements, while simultaneously maintaining accurate data records and generating MIS reports to support decision-making, cost control, and process improvements in transport management.
About the Role:
Coordinate daily staff transportation (pick-up & drop) schedules across locations.
Monitor vendor adherence to SLA vehicle punctuality, condition, driver conduct, safety norms.Plan route optimization for cost efficiency and timely service.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (permits, insurance, pollution, etc.).Track fleet utilization and fuel consumption; highlight deviations.Handle transport-related escalations from employees and resolve issues promptly.Conduct periodic audits of vehicles and vendor performance.
Maintain transport-related databases employee usage, trip logs, vendor billing, fuel costs.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on transport operations (cost, utilization, performance).Support management with analytical dashboards for cost trend analysis and budgeting.Track employee ridership, no-shows, and attendance linkage (if applicable).Provide MIS inputs for vendor invoice verification and cost reconciliations.Highlight anomalies, trends, and recommend corrective actions to optimize cost and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company transport policy and safety standards.
Conduct regular driver briefings on safety, behavior, and compliance.Maintain records of accidents, incidents, and corrective actions.Coordinate with Admin/HR for employee safety protocols during travel.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Act as key point of contact between company, employees, and transport vendors.
Coordinate service requests, changes in routes, or additional transport requirements.Support in vendor performance reviews with MIS data and analysis.Ensure smooth, safe, and timely transportation for employees.
- Prepare and monitor daily transport schedules (pick-up & drop).
- Coordinate with drivers/vendors for punctual service.
- Monitor fleet utilization and optimize routes.
- Handle employee transport-related escalations and resolve issues.
- Ensure vehicle upkeep, availability, and documentation compliance.
Provide accurate and timely reports to support management decisions.
- Maintain trip data, employee usage, and vendor billing records.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (cost, utilization, SLA adherence).
- Analyze transport trends, costs, and performance indicators.
- Support invoice verification with accurate MIS inputs.
- Create dashboards for management review.
Ensure vendor performance and cost efficiency in transport operations.
- Track vendor adherence to SLA and service quality.
- Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations.
- Verify and validate vendor invoices with supporting MIS.
- Support cost optimization initiatives (route planning, fuel analysis).

- Proactively review workplace systems / processes to innovate and continuously improve the business performance and workplace experience
- Performs other duties as requested by your direct manager
- Occasional requirement to work extended hours during peak times or to assist with major functions/events
- Development of operational standards / playbooks / operating manuals for all aspects of the business
About You
- 36 years of experience in transport operations, fleet management, or facility management support.
- Hands-on experience in preparing and managing MIS reports, dashboards, and data analytics.
- Experience in working with transport vendors, fleet scheduling, and cost control.
- Exposure to employee transport services in corporate/large facility setups preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for managing vendors and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle escalations, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Problem-solving attitude with focus on cost optimization and efficiency.
