Executive - Transport

As an Executive in Transport, you will be responsible for overseeing employee transportation services and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating increased responsibility and organizational accountability, with a preference for ground-level experience. - Utilizing your knowledge of the OH&S Act, the Ministry of Labor, and the Ministry of the Environment to ensure legislative compliance and implementation. - Delivering training to drivers, escorts, and coordinators to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Developing employees and driving process improvement initiatives within the transportation function. - Using computer applications such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and databases to analyze data and improve performance. - Effectively communicating with auditors, associates, and senior management to work towards optimal solutions. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Any degree in a related field with additional transport knowledge. - A minimum of 7 years of experience in employee transportation. - Strong experience in the areas mentioned above and a track record of successful implementation.
