Executive - Tractor Finance
Job Purpose
Achieving targets in various parameters assigned. Oversee Tractor Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during repossession of products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collections targets through customer and agency visits.

Ability to monitor and report performance against set parameters.

Understanding of legal guidelines related to product repossession.

Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Proven ability to handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Experience in DRR management and developing collection improvement strategies.

Skills in portfolio management, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Experience in team leadership and vendor management.

Strong coordination skills with both internal and external clients.
