Job TitleExecutive - Tractor Finance
Job Purpose
Achieving targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee the Tractor Finance business while maintaining compliance. Responsible for handling partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking and resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collection targets by visiting customers and agencies.

Ability to monitor performance and provide regular updates.

Knowledge of legal guidelines for repossessing products.

Proficient in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Experience in preparing regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Ability to handle escalations promptly and effectively.

Experience in managing Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Experience in case tracking and timely resolution.

Strong portfolio management skills.

Knowledge of debt collection strategies.

Proven track record of target achievement.

Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
