Job Description

Job TitleExecutive - Tractor Finance
Job Purpose
Achieve targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee the Tractor Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies effectively. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure compliance with legal guidelines during product repossession.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases individually.

Achieve resolution as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within agreed timelines.

Manage portfolio and debt collection strategy.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Conduct reporting and analysis.

Manage risks effectively.

Provide team leadership.

Manage vendors.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in collections, preferably in tractor or asset finance.

Strong understanding of regulatory and legal compliance in finance.

Ability to achieve targets and manage portfolios.

Experience in risk management, reporting, and analysis.

Skills in team leadership and vendor management.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and partners.
