Job Description

Job TitleExecutive - Tractor Finance
Job Purpose
Achieving targets in various parameters assigned. Oversee Tractor Finance business while maintaining compliance. Responsible for handling partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during repossession of products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking and resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy and execution.

Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities.

Reporting and analysis of collection data.

Risk management in the portfolio.

Lead and guide the team for target achievement.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in collections, preferably in tractor or vehicle finance.

Knowledge of legal guidelines for repossession and collections.

Strong portfolio management and analytical skills.

Proven ability to achieve targets and manage risk.

Experience in handling vendors and agencies.

Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
