Job Description

Min 2 years of experience in a tender-oriented environment, such as bid writing, procurement, or project coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with tender portals like GeM, CPPP, and other industry-specific platforms.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet research, and basic computer applications.
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently and reliably.

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities through platforms such as Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), and other industry-specific portals.
Analyze tender requirements for technical, commercial, and compliance aspects.
Prepare and submit accurate technical and commercial bids in coordination with internal teams.
Manage end-to-end tender submission, follow-ups, and client communications.
Maintain records and documentation for all tenders.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, authorities, and channel partners.
