Job Description

Role Purpose:
The Business Development Executive will connect with students, researchers, and professionals to explain our research support services (like thesis writing, paper publication, manuscript editing, and proposal preparation). They will help generate new business, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.- Explain company services clearly (thesis, research papers, journal publication, synopsis, etc.).- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.- Maintain good relationships with existing clients.- Meet monthly and quarterly business targets.- Work closely with the research and documentation team to understand client needs.- Keep records of sales activities and prepare reports.- Suggest ideas to improve sales strategies and client satisfaction.Skills Required:- Strong communication and convincing skills.- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.Qualification & Experience:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.- 0-3 years of experience in sales/marketing/business development (freshers with good communication can apply).
