We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Project Coordinate for the Eye Connect Technician Entrepreneurship Development Program. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the overall project. Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities: β Handling front office activities like students counselling and telephone enquiries. β Coordinating day-to-day operations of the Academy β Achieving target number of admissions β Be the front facing individual at the Academy and address queries and refer to the right individual at the Academy β Mentor, guide and counsel students and parents about our courses and programs β Manage the day-to-day MIS Update at the Academy β Participate in Events, Job Fairs as per requirement β Any other task entrusted by the Reporting Manager from time to time as required Desired Candidate β Possess good communication skills. β Work experience in a reputed educational/training institute dealing with Logistics & Supply Chain Sector related courses will be added advantage β Well organized working style with excellent time management skills. β Fair working knowledge with MS-Office and Internet. β Well-versed with Oriya, English and Hindi language is preferred. Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant experience Experience: 2-3 years full-time relevant experience in answering calls, cold calling, compiling data & Front desk operations, and counseling of students. Work Experience in a reputed educational/training institute dealing with Logistics and Supply Chain sector related courses will be added advantage.
