Executive Team Lead Guest Experience

Role Overview: You will be working full-time on-site at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru as an Executive Team Lead Guest Experience. Your main responsibility will be to lead and oversee guest service operations to ensure that all guests have a memorable and exceptional experience. You will coordinate with various departments, address guests" needs, manage service-related inquiries, and ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, you will promote seamless collaboration and act as a point of contact for resolving guest concerns.
