Job Description

Department: Human Resources

Role Objective

The primary focus of this role is to assist in implementing Learning & Development (L&D) strategies that align with the organization's HR and business goals. The objective is to help build internal capability, improve skill alignment, and contribute to supply chain continuity through structured training initiatives. The role also supports broader HR and engagement activities across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • L&D Coordination & Training Support
  • Facilitate meetings to identify departmental skill needs and assist in creating and maintaining a skill matrix for all manufacturing functions
  • Maintain and update technical content for the Education & Training (E&T) pillar under TPM
  • Collaborate with operations to execute ad hoc training as part of CAPA and deviation management plans
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and help track and close related action points
  • Maintain digital training records, including attendance sheets and feedback documentation
  • Record and consolidate participant feedback for all training and engagement programs
  • Assist in identifying and liaising with external training vendors
  • Prepare induction schedules and coordinate onboarding for new joiners
  • Support the planning and execution of training sessions, including venue setup in collaboration with facilities
  • Ensure timely procurement coordination and track PRs and vendor payments
  • Monitor mandatory training compliance for contractual staff
  • Contribute to training curriculum reviews and evaluations under compliance projects
  • Collect data and support creation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
  • Design internal communication materials based on shared data
  • Maintain records of employee milestones and communicate them periodically (e.g., birthdays, work anniversaries, long service awards)
  • Coordinate and drive employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events across the plant
  • Facilitate the use of HR platforms (e.g., Culture Amp) for PMS and engagement initiatives
  • Onboarding & General HR Support
  • Support onboarding process, including access provisioning and medical insurance facilitation for new employees
  • Ensure effective communication and follow-up for employee participation in engagement activities
  • Maintain trackers for various HR initiatives and ensure timely execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualification: MBA or PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Basic understanding of L&D frameworks and compliance processes
  • Comfortable with digital documentation and report generation
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven
