Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner at Hitachi Energy, your role will be crucial in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier executive talent across India and Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for executive-level positions, building strong relationships with hiring leaders, and contributing to Hitachi's leadership landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active executive candidates within India & Southeast Asian market. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive-level positions, from initial requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding support. - Partner closely with C-suite executives, senior leadership, and HR business partners to understand talent needs and provide strategic guidance. - Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present comprehensive candidate summaries to hiring managers. - Continuously monitor the executive talent landscape in India & Southeast Asia to provide insights on competitive intelligence and industry trends. - Build and nurture strong relationships with executive candidates to maintain a robust talent pipeline. - Act as an ambassador for Hitachi, effectively communicating the company's value proposition and culture to attract executive talent. - Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency in executive hiring. - Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the executive recruitment process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree with a minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in executive talent acquisition. - Proven track record of recruiting executive talent across Southeast Asian countries. - Deep understanding of local talent markets, cultural nuances, and business landscapes in the region. - Prior experience working with or for an executive search firm is advantageous. - Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing creative executive sourcing strategies. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and strategic importance of executive talent. - Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights. - Fluent in English, proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is advantageous.
