Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented individual to join our Student Services team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for student queries at the help desk/window and will support students with information related to programs, processes, and general administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students at the help desk/window with courtesy and professionalism.
Respond to student queries regarding academic programs, schedules, procedures, and other institutional services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely resolution of student issues.
Draft clear and professional email responses to student inquiries.
Maintain and update student information using Excel or internal systems.
Support daily administrative tasks and service documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic data entry.
Good understanding of academic programs and institutional processes (training will be provided).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Patience, empathy, and a service-first attitude.
